1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Time Frame
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns except for verified manufacturing defects (see Section 6).
The 30‑day window includes weekends and public holidays. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, you must still initiate the return request on our website by the previous business day.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return a Colorful Swimsuit product, follow these steps:

- Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click “Request Return,” select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Submit the request. You will receive an automated email with instructions and a return authorization form.
Do not send your item back without first obtaining a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your cost.
4. Condition of Returned Items – Hygiene & Safety
Because swimwear is a hygiene‑sensitive product, Colorful Swimsuit enforces strict condition requirements. We accept returns only if the hygienic protective liner is still intact. If the liner has been removed or the item shows any signs of actual wear (including but not limited to: stretched fabric, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or wetness marks), the return will be rejected.
We strongly recommend trying on your Colorful Swimsuit items over your own underwear or a hygiene liner to avoid direct skin contact. This protects both your health and your ability to return the product.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any product marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Last Chance” on colorfulswimsuit.com.
- Gift cards (digital or physical).
- Face coverings, bikini bottoms with unsealed liners (for hygiene reasons), and any undergarment‑style pieces.
- Free promotional items or samples.
- Items returned after the 30‑day window.
If you send back a non‑returnable item, we will discard it or, at your request, arrange to send it back to you at your expense. No refund will be issued.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
We at Colorful Swimsuit take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken clasp, loose seam that splits on first gentle wear, misaligned print that affects use), please follow the same return request process but select “Defective” as the reason.
Defective claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. After that, we will assess defects on a case‑by‑case basis but cannot guarantee a resolution.
